Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. Shipping And Handling Orders received before 12.00pm will be shipped by our standard method of dispatch via royal mail and you should allow 3-5 days for delivery although in many cases this will be shorter.
If you request and pay for expedited service, goods ordered before 12.00pm will be dispatched same day for guaranteed next day delivery via royal mail.Goods ordered on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday. |

Returns Policy Returns and Refunds
If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, we will replace the goods at no charge or refund any money paid for the goods. If your purchase becomes faulty shortly after purchase we will repair where possible or replace the faulty item.
Non faulty goods should be returned within 7 days of receiving the product. If the goods are received back in the new, never been used condition in which they were shipped, we will refund fully the price of the goods less postage. Refunds will be processed by on receipt of returned product and will show up on your card statement within a few days.Unless the reason for return is error on our part, you will be responsible for the cost of the return payment. We therefore recommend you obtain proof of postage.
If you return non-faulty goods between 7 and 30 days please contact us to discuss the reason for the late return.
